♦ NEWS – Webinars in a Virtual Thinking Environment®

It’s with a real sense of excitement that I’m letting you know about an initiative between me and my Time to Think Faculty colleague Ruth McCarthy and the Association for Coaching.

On 20th November we’re launching the first of 3 webinars where we’ll be following on from the AC’s “Journey to Coaching Mastery” conference in Budapest last year when we ran a masterclass called ‘Transforming Teams with Time to Think”.

In these 3 webinars, which we’ve been working hard to design in a way that they offer participants an interactive Thinking Environment® rather than a series of lectures, we’ll be considering some important observations and the questions they pose for coaches:

  • The difference between ‘listening to inspire’ and ‘listening to reply’ and how it profoundly changes the coaching relationship for the better
  • How the quality of our thinking depends on the quality of attention we experience while we think, and how to encourage the deepest levels of thinking, with individuals or in groups
  • Introducing any of the Ten Components of the Thinking Environment® makes a qualitative difference and introducing all of them can be transformative.

Join us for the LIVE  upcoming “Journey to Coaching Mastery and the Thinking Environment®” webinar series when we will explore:

1.What is the Thinking Environment?”   20th November 2015

2.“Making it real: core conditions for generative thinking”  9th December 2015

3.“Looking at the power of Assumptions”   19th January 2016

Live webinars will take place at 13hrs GMT on the mentioned dates.  Recordings will be made available for registered participants only.  As with all AC continuing professional events, the fees are offered at a very good value, with an extra special price for AC members.

Visit the AC website to find out more details about the program or book your seat directly here.

I hope to “see” you there! Text, twitter or email me with your questions in advance!
