Culture change is a specialism, and I am currently working with HR and L&D teams growing their internal OD capability and introducing the Thinking Environment™.
♦ 15 years consulting experience; worked with over 100 organisations from Global Financial Services through to small arts charities.
♦ Designed and led five major culture change programmes resulting in going from profit from loss, energising organisation for acquisition, developing managers post privatisation, and reducing staff attrition from 43% to 3% and associated service improvements.
♦ Worked with over 200 groups, coaching, facilitation, mediation, planning, development.
♦ Led projects including implementation of coaching framework, customer first programme, design of leadership and management programmes.
