I work with people, teams and organisations often when they or something in their system gets stuck.

Culture change is a specialism, and I am currently working with HR and L&D teams growing their internal OD capability and introducing the Thinking Environment™.

♦ 15 years consulting experience; worked with over 100 organisations from Global Financial Services through to small arts charities.

♦ Designed and led five major culture change programmes resulting in going from profit from loss, energising organisation for acquisition, developing managers post privatisation, and reducing staff attrition from 43% to 3% and associated service improvements.

♦  Worked with over 200 groups, coaching, facilitation, mediation, planning, development.

♦  Led projects including implementation of coaching framework, customer first programme, design of leadership and management programmes.

♦ Coaches and mentors internal and external consultants, leaders, young entrepreneurs, young women moving into leadership roles.

My approach is based on my experience that change and growth is always possible. What People Say

Jason Moore – OD Lead HSBC

Meg had worked with HSBC before and with other banking and financial services organisations, and was quickly able to connect to our participants, and demonstrate her insight and understanding of the challenges and changing environment which the banking sector is experiencing.

We liked working with Meg because she is creative and solution focussed, is a skilled facilitator and a thoughtful and consistent co-worker. She has many years’ experience, is proficient in a wide range of organisational development interventions, and is a good and decent human being.

Carien Meijer – CEO Drake  Music

What we enjoy about working with Meg:

  • She motivates us to achieve and provides the necessary clarity when we find ourselves in complex situations by listening, facilitating and being solution-focussed.
  • Meg never shies away from addressing challenging issues, and does so in a constructive way, enabling the organisation and our team to move forward.
  • We always end our meetings with a clear set of actions.
  • Her fresh approach, great facilitation style and deceptively light touch.

Karen Dodds – Head of Crawley Homes

I engaged Meg’s services because she has all of the attributes you would expect of the best of consultants working with executive teams and on organisational development:

  • Excellent communicator – Meg is clear and engaging and full of funny stories that illustrate the point.
  • She tailors her approach to fit the client requirements, and can adjust her approach on the hoof seamlessly
  • She is tenacious and determined but her approach engages all even when she is challenging behaviours
  • She is innovative and fun.
  • She is also extremely well read on her subject but never off-puttingly intellectual.
